QuestHelpers is a service wherein the guild will assign higher level toons to help you complete a quest that you have previously been unable to complete. This particular service is free of contribution points charge, although those helping complete the quest may be rewarded with contribution points. We note that we will only help you with campaign quests, attunement quests, or quests that give very good rewards (exempting repeatable quests).
BEFORE YOU REQUEST HELP WITH YOUR QUEST, YOU MUST:
(i) reasonably solicite guildies to help you with the quest in guildchat independently of questhelpers;
(ii) reasonably attempt to complete the quest with a PUG group; and
(iii) ensure the quest you are attempting to complete is level appropriate (the quest is at or below your current character level).
If you meet both criteria above, you are authorized to submit a questhelpers ticket! The guild will schedule the run for you at an appropriate time. We will ensure that enough members are present so that you can complete your quest!
Please note that we reserve the right to decline offering this service. In practice, we will only not help you with a quest when the "juice isn't worth the squeeze."
